 Warehouse Referral Program

Know someone who’s been a star performer in the past or who has star potential?  We’d like to meet them! Recommend a qualified candidate for an open position at Chicago Tube and Iron and you may be eligible for a $2,000 referral bonus!

Guidelines

Full-time employees who refer applicants who are hired and successfully complete their probationary period, are eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus (less applicable taxes and another $1,000 after 12 months.

  • For an eligible employee to receive the bonus, the prospective applicant must identify the employee and the “Referrer” when completing the Chicago Tube and Iron application form.
  • All referrals will receive equal consideration in accordance with Chicago Tube and Iron’s Equal Employment Opportunities policy.
  • The employee referral program does not guarantee employment. It is intended to supplement Chicago Tube’s regular recruitment initiatives to produce a qualified pool of applicants.
  • An individual returning to Chicago Tube within two years of his/her termination date from the company is not considered an eligible referral under this program.
